are knowledge-based, time-intensive, and personalized in nature.

👉 Once a service has been delivered or the Vastu consultation has taken place, no return or refund will be provided.

2️⃣ Digital Reports & Personalized Solutions

All digital products such as:

- PDF Reports

- Customized Remedies

- Online Guidance Documents

are non-returnable and non-refundable, as they are prepared specifically for an individual client.

3️⃣ Physical Products (If Applicable)

In case any physical Vastu or spiritual products are supplied:

- Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged or incorrect at the time of delivery.

- The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

- Used, opened, or tampered products are not eligible for return or refund.

4️⃣ Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be considered only under the following circumstances:

✔️ If the service was not delivered.

✔️ If there was a technical or administrative error from our side.

👉 Once approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original payment method.
